For those who haven't figured this out yet.  By the way there are 2 cables that come with the Prism, for full control you must use the USB cable in the 2nd slot, DO NOT use the RGB cable and USB cable, hope I helped I helped someone.

FYI this probably doesn't belong in the graphics subforum, but ty for trying to help ppl!

Hopefully a mod moves it to air cooling or smth
