Hello am new to this here, This is my first post.

Seeking Help for this problem that I am facing.

An OS wasn't found, try disconnecting any drives that don't contain OS.

I am currently using Gigabyte 120GB SSD for my OS and 1TB Toshiba HDD for media and games.

tried a few things that people posted on youtube but didn't work out for me.

Added later : ( The OS works fine for a whale every time I shut it down and restart).

If anyone can help me out here with the instructions or video suggestions which shows how to fix this problem, I'll be grateful thank you.

I believe I have tried that. I think it gave me 3 boot options.

I selected 1st for my SSD

2nd and 3rd for HDD

Maybe try unplugging all the drives apart from your boot drive if it doesn't appear put the boot disks or usb into your pc and have a look at some of the settings.(Or reinstall your os)
