Odd Freezing

Hey, so for the past month my pc has been randomly freezing. But when it "freezes" it only freezes programs. I can still move my mouse. Also, if I'm playing a game, the game won't freezes, just my browser, and discord. Any idea what this is? Chrome freezes the most.

 

PC:

Ryzen 7 2700x

Asus prime x470 pro

16gb crucial 2666mhz ram @ 3000mhz

Asus Dual gtx 1060 6gb

Samsung 970 evo 250gb

WD HHD 1tb

adata 128gb ssd

Evga 600w 80+
