SSD Randomly not working?

Parts:

CPU: I5-4690k

Mobo: MSI Z97 G55 SLI Guard Pro

Ram: DDR3 16gb

GPU: GTX 970 Strix

Storage: 120gb SSD (holding Windows)

               500gb SSD

               3TB Hard drive

               (sometimes plugged in sometimes not) External HDD for school

OS: Windows 7 home 64bit

So it seems my ssd randomly decides to not work or be recognized by my pc. Sometimes when i turn it on, or if my pc goes to sleep it will no longer be on the listed drives in windows explorer. Restarting my PC seems to fix it most times, sometimes taking an extra restart to fix it. Any ideas?

Change the sata cable and also change the port you put in the SSD to.  This should fix you up hopefully.
