OPEN CL Not Detected

Heyo,

 

I'm trying to start folding but I keep getting the error "OpenCL not detected" when trying to GPU fold. Heres what GPU Z looks like. I just got the latest drivers.

what happens if you try check the opencl box? i dont have gpuz so i dont know how it works.

Nothing

run this in cmd administrator.

sfc /scannow

Update your drivers. It should be included.

also try DDU and then re install drivers.

is this a new computer? did you have a amd graphics card before?

That’s a really recent driver (419.35). I have a 2070 under Linux. The 410, 415 or 418 will all work with the 2070.  I’m running the latest 415 but was originally running 410 until I needed support for a 2060.

 

DDU should have gotten rid of the old AMD driver. Try a clean install with no “experience”

Ok, I'll try a 415 driver.
