So I recently sold an Alienware Aurora r3, but it has been returned to me since due to it not booting and giving me CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED, it runs through collecting error info and gets to about 60% and just freezes, which means I can't get to the windows repair options. I have no idea how to fix it, I can get into the bios at that's about it. PLEASE HELP!
