Mouse freeze

Hi everyone. I have a strange problem with my Pc. When playing FPS, especially BO4, sometime when i make a sudden move with my mouse ( jumping over an enemy and shooting), my mouse freezes for a second. What i’ve tryed so far are:

1. Reinstalling windows and games

2. Changing keyboard, mousepads and 2 new mouses ( an g502 and g500, now i have a steelseries rival 600)

3. Changing dpi, poolrate

4. Reset bios

 

What i am left with is a new motherboard.
