Just wondering if there is a way i can run a batch script or command line to reboot a machine and boot to either first or second disk partition?

i dont think so. boot is controlled by the bios. windows can tell the bios to do that, but i doubt you can make a script for that. what you are asking is some pretty low level (low level is 'closer to direct hardware'), stuff. windows will not let you do that for security purposes.
