Help PC Build

Hi,

I'm making a new pc build and I need help about some of the components. At the moment, I already have the graphics card and the ssd but I'm not sure if with the other components it will be fine. 

 

I use the pc to play, streaming a little bit and programming for work. So I don't know if the parts are fine. I don't want to spent more than 1800$.

If you're in spain, don't convert your budget into US dollars. It just misleads us. I'd recommend a Z390 aorus instead of the z390-e.

Depending on local pricing you might consider an i7-9700K instead of the i7-8700K.

 

You might consider a less expensive cpu cooler.

I'm trying to find a good cpu cooler that has full compatibility with the motherboard. You have any suggestions about one cheaper?
