Hi there all, I've just got myself a second hand Dell inspirion 5577 and decided to reset the system to factory settings. It's now stuck in a loop and won't boot. If you look at the photos after the 3rd one goes straight back to the first again. Odd thing is I did this on my tower last night before selling it and it was fine. Its got the charger in, connected to the internet (tried wired and wireless) no peripherals plugged in. Windows 10 btw.
