audio output question

hello guys i have a desktop pc i use for gaming while i watch videos on youtube with it connected to the TV. i have a problem tho with the audio cause i would like to have the audio of the game to output to the computer speakers and the audio of the yyoutube video on the television. how do i do that? i dont see any option in windows
