should i get Rust?

I had a lot of fun with it for a few days, but then it died for me. Kinda monotonous on the long run.

i love rust but dayz took it for my, rust is kinda a animated version of dayz but it dosent have hackers

Rust is good, if you find a good server with good people on it.

 

There was this one where a couple of players set up a trading community with an economy and helped other players out.

Rust is really good at it's core. It's still in Alpha. They are planning on taking out the zombies and adding helicopters. They have big plans, so we'll see what actually happens with this game in several months. Right now, it's impossible to play on official servers without lag or hackers. Community servers are ran by power hungry admins 50% of the time. It does get updates often and the community is a big part off development. Prepare to rage, even if you never have in a game before.
