Which UPS will be suitable?

Hi,

Based on below specs, please suggest which VA/watt UPS is suitable for me.
I do not face long power cuts, only need my system to remain up for few minutes, without overload.

 

Processor	Intel 2600K
GPU	1080 Ti DUKE
HDD	Maxtor 6B160MO (12.2 Watts max) Seagate St2000dm001 (8.0 Watts max) WD5000aakx (3.3 Watts max)
Monitor	23 inch LED
Memory	2 x 8GB DDR3 2 x 4GB DDR3
Motherboard	Intel DZ68PL ATX
PSU	Seasonic 620W
Case	Phantom 410

You have a 620W PSU and a 35-50W monitor. Some people would recommend a 670+W UPS.

I am considering the actual power draw of your components + some spare room so I'd say a 550-600W UPS would do fine.

1000-1200 VA should equal to 550-650W.

Just because the pSU is rated for that doesn’t mean the draw will that. Most pc on  idle around 50w and with everything under load for this spec 300-400w.

Don't just look at the average under load, when purchasing a UPS you need to consider the peak power draw values, and not the power draw of the components but the power draw the PSU draws from the wall/socket and also most people plug their monitor, speakers, and whatnot to the UPS too.
