Hello to the forum new guy here and looking for guidance.

I have a pc on my home that yesterday was its 10 year birthday and i want to change it. I cant salvage anything except an watercooling aio from mastercool. My budget is 500-700 Euro and the usage is very specific. I am running it 365 days a year all day as a syslog server, as a mysql db remote backup and last as a mean to watch movies in 1080p. It is connected in a Samsung 49" tv.  My main concern is that it runs all day all year. 

 

Any suggestions?
