Samsung m.2 Raid 0

Hi all i set up my raid config in UEFI, I did not put in the samsung drivers or firmwear. Should or can I update the drivers while I am in Raid o with out losing data? Also if i update the firmwear for the m.2 drives will i have to re-install everything?

In UEFI raid, you have to build the array first.

If you build the array correctly it would be treated the same as a single hdd in windows installation.

No need to update firmware, its unrelevant.

 

Updating firmware will not brake the partition.

So you can do it anytime. CMIIW.
