Event viewer

 If I’m in event viewer looking at administrative events and are they are all saying warning, error, or critical is that bad??

Nope it's normal. (As long your pc is working normal)

My disk is always at 100% when I game though and it makes me lag so much.

That's an separate issue that event viewer doesn't log. What disk are you using and what games are you playing.

It’s a 1tb its half full, I try to play anthem but it’s just so laggy. I just upgraded my whole pc besides the disk. I upgraded to a gtx 1070, ryzen 5 2600, hyper x 8gb ram 3200 mhz, and 650 watt Corsair gold power supply.

What kind of disk you have. If the disk is 100% active that isn't a big problem. Check if your response time is below 1000 ms when gaming
