As an update:

It was solved just by waiting 24 hours, plex was probably doing some weird stuff.

 Hi, I recently set up a omv plex server, every time i try and access the plex interface on the ip address (192.168.1.xxx:32400), it says

Cannot securely connect to this page
This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website’s owner.
(or some variation depending on browser)
 
When i go on the app.plex.tv page, it searches for a server for about 30 minutes, then says:

An insecure media server has been found on your network. Reload App Insecurly

Im pretty sure its something to do with port forwarding and whatnot, but i have no idea what its all about. (something to do with this: http://prntscr.com/moqc82 )

You only need TCP 32400 forwarded. What plex server version do you run?
