Streaming on console/pc?

I stream on console right now but I’m so limited to the amount of things I can do on console, so I’m planning on getting a pc for streaming. Do I just play on pc and use a controller from now on, or do I connect the console to the pc somehow or use a capture card for it? Please help

im not sure but if you have a ps4, you can remote play it on your pc then use that to stream it anywhere you want.. correct me if im wrong
