Help graphics card :/

Hello, I bought a RX 590 last week, it wasn't working on my pc because my PSU didnt have requirments for it, didn't have enough pins.

So I took the GPU to a PC shop and they tested it on my PC, with my PSU 500w, and it stopped giving image after a while, im not sure what program did they use to test this, it was colorful and had a graph with temperatures on it. I just know that the bar reached half way and it the monitor lost image, the GPU didn't turn off only lost image, this 500w PSU didnt have enough pins so it was expected i guess.

Second, they tried with a 700w PSU that didnt have enough pins either and it lost image again.

Third, they used a brand new PSU of 650 and the card went a little further, this one had all pins and the test took longer but ultimately GPU lost image again when it was at around 80% bar now i dont know what the bar progress means or if it's a benchmark test ot whatever it was, but i think i saw the GPU reached 70º at that point.

They tried on dfferent PCs aswell and it lost image in both of them, at this point the guy at the shop told me to return the GPU since it was in warranty.

I went to the shop to return it, but they eneded to run tests before they could give money back to see if it was indded faulty, i left it there and today i get the message that the GPU was tested for 4 hours and it didn't present any problems.. what am i supposed to do now?

They say they cant give money back because the GPU had some backplate risks on it and that it works fine, i want to go to the shop tomorrow and tell them to test in front of me but idk..

Is it maybe normal for the GPU to lose image when reaching certain temperature? or maybe they tested hard on one shop and didnt test hard enough on the other shop?..
