I have had my Asus S200E for about a year and a month. When the battery is discharging, it reaches somewhere around 70% and turns off with NO NOTIFICATION.

I cannot on my laptop unless I am charging it. When I turn it back on it is charging from 0%. If I let it charge for a few minutes, say until 15%, and stop charging it (still at 15%) and charge it again, it will say I have about 80%.

I am unsure as to what action I should take next.

Any suggestions?

My brother had an Acer laptop that had a similar problem. He had it perpetually plugged in for about a year and the battery got wrecked. Have you left it plugged in for a really long time?

No. I unplug it at about 95% to 100%, depends when I notice it is fully charged.

I think it is a sign that you battery is dying. Look around and see if you find a battery.

I googled around and found that getting to the battery is near impossible. Plus no one has reviewed any batteries that are, from what I've been told, compatible.
