2400g stream minecraft?

So if I play at 720p, everything minimum settings, no shaders, and stream at 720p. Will I be able to keep a constant 60fps (with as few drops as possible) i will cap it at 60 (I only have a 60hz monitor) but I just need it to stream okay until I get a gpu. RAM is 2x4 3200mhz

 

 

 

I almost have the money saved up. Just need to sell the things I don’t need and I should be good.

It should be fine, 720p60fps is really easy to stream via x264, and you might be able to use AMD VCE to stream but idk if APU's have it..

I really only need to do it until I upgrade. I mostly just want it to get started on twitch and pc gaming
