I wouldn't use GPU Tweak man.  Use AB my friend.

don't use gpu tweak, tried it and not a fan. use precison X1/XOC or afterburner

I need to control a fan on the gpu(120m) , and i dont have way to control via other software.

Download and run the latest Visual Studio 2007 C++ redistributable from microsoft

There's a 32-bit and a 64-bit redistributable package only, don't download the full package unless you want to do some C++ programming.
