USB Expansion

I'm looking for USB expansion, I'm currently using all available USB ports on my computer. I prefer having expansion on the rear of my computer but most rear USB expansion uses PCI, and the ones that don't are USB 2.0 ( https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA8N24UJ9874&Description=usb internal motherboard adapter&cm_re=usb_internal_motherboard_adapter-_-15-196-044-_-Product ) does anyone know of something like that product but USB 3.0 and more ports? I understand I may need to compromise and go for a 5.25" bay expansion, just let me know if I'm right about that lol.

Most use PCI_E slots but they do make units like this:

Hmm found one but that is in the UK, seems a 4 port version is not as commonly available.
