Taobao mining graphics card

Hi, I saw that some guys in the forum make work a P106 to game on it as a GTX 1060, however it's only compatible with intel 4th gen or newer, so my i5 3470 is not compatible with it. 

However, I've seen that with a RX470 is possible to modify the bios of the card to use it. I've found a RX570 and RX580 quite cheap. Could someone help me to make it compatible for gaming?

What would you need to modify those cards for? They already have video outputs.

Oh, okay I was confused because I saw a video where they had to flash a RX470 with DVI output
