Currently I have the 1050 ti. I want to upgrade it but I don't which card to go for. I was thinking between the rx 570 and the 1060 3gb only because I am working with a tight budget. Which card should I get? or should I stick with the 1050 ti?

Motherboard: MSI B350 MATE

Graphics Card: GTX 1050ti

Ram: G.Skill Aegis 8gb

The RX 570 is noticeably better, especially the 8GB version, but a true upgrade would be going for an RX 580.

dont get the 1060 3GB.  you wont notice any increase in performance at all.

honestly, you can usually find 980TI's for really cheap right now, and they perform about the same as a 1070(for quite a bit less).  its an older architecture, but it may be worth looking into if you want an upgrade on a low budget

Used 1070s tend to be a significantly better deal than used 980tis and have better performance as well.

true.  its an option though.  if hes looking at a 1060 3gb, then i assume even a used 1070 may be a little out of budget.   but used 980tis can be found for dirt cheap (cheaper than a new 1060 3gb). and would still be a viable upgrade from a 1050ti

I know, I'm talking about used 1070s which are cheaper than used 980tis.

The cheapest 980tis I see are around $270 while 1070s get as low as around the $200 mark.
