probably a few threads like this out there but..

im wondering how to use prime 95 and aida64, wanting to stress test my cpu and gpu :o

Unless you're overclocking there's not reason to stress test.

Unless you're overclocking there's not reason to stress test.

I would use AIDA64 stability test and stress cpu, fpu, cache, and system memory for a couple hours to stress the cpu. For the GPU, I would either play some graphic intensive games like Crysis 3 and Battlefield 3/4 like @Kayn mentioned or run Heaven benchmark and loop it a couple of times.
