I have a gtx 1080 founder's edition, and I noticed that the power draw is lower than usual. It's always in the 80% range and very rarely ever goes up to 90 and above. I've tried overclocking and nothing changed. Increasing the power limit and temperature limit doesn't seem to actually do anything. I've tried reinstalling the drivers and even did a fresh install of windows. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Rest of specs are: 7700K, 16gb ddr4, 650w power supply.

Set vsync to application controlled and make sure in your game you turn off vsync .... Even then you will only get full 100 percent work load on GPU when it is necessary.

I get 100% gpu usage. But the power draw is what's low. it's preventing me from overclocking. power draw is always in the 80% range. Even after increasing power limit, nothing changes
