Disk in task manager upgrade?

I boot up my computer and for about 2 to 3 min my Disk 0 (C:) will be at 100% making it super slow do i just need to make more room in my driver or...

If you're booting from a hard drive, you could should buy an SSD and be super happy

 

If that's not an option, do you have a bunch of things starting with windows? If so, disable the things you don't need.

Get an SSD, otherwise there really is no solution, though disabling some things as @Adorable Cat said would help.

I've(until recently) only ever booted Windows 10 from a Seagate Barracuda, never had problems of it staying at 100% for more than 30 seconds or so.
