Before you laugh at the hardware, its an old gaming pc and I game once a blue moo.

CPU: AMD FX6300
GPU nvidia GTX 750ti

I have a triple monitor setup and a company issued laptop which i use fro home several times a week.

Since I use the laptop more than my own PC I got issued a Dell dock (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dell-Monitor-Adapter-450-AEUO-4W2HW/dp/B01C8PHWQY/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1549647109&sr=8-3&keywords=dell+4k+dock)

to connect Three 22 inch monitors,, keyboard, mouse, ethernet and audio to my work laptop via one USB Cable.

As this works well for my work needs, I opted to just plug the USB into an extended USB 3.0 cable from mu Gaming PC  to the dock so I can easily switch, but I have noticed poor performance when playing Games such as TF2, PUBG and others. I am assuming its due to the graphics being handled by the 4k Dell dock. I was wondering if there was a way to confirm this, and if there is a way to make it use my GPU shy of running a second set of HDMI cables to the monitors.

Each Monitor only has 1 DVI and 1 VGA, but one monitor has a simple adaptor so I can quickly plug in other machines I am debugging.

Assuming you're using Windows 10 go to Settings > System > Display and scroll down till you see graphic settings at the bottom and choose TF2 or PUBG and see what GPU is set. Or go to your power options and change it performance mode, you might have it set on power saving and it's using the integrated graphics.
