R9 290X Memory

I am finally so please that after my 2nd RMA of the 290X cards, i've finally got one with Hynix memory, couldn't be more happy to see that on Memoryinfo :D

 

The card was a Sapphire R9 290X BF4 Edition :)

The question to this was, what overclocks have peeps got out of their Hynix memory?

what program did you use to find this information?

You RMA'ed just to get another memory type wth...

 

How did you manage to RMA just to get new RAM?

No, the first one Blackscreen on the desktop at stock and seconds one just completely died

nice, as long as its a reference memory controller you should be looking at 6000mhz+ effective speed if the bios will let you oc that far. apparently the asus bios is best, because of the unlocked voltage, but the dcu ii's memory isn't quite up to scratch   :)
