Legit...

Did you try looking before creating this..?

Peruse through MANY, get general advice from each, don't copy settings,..trial and error findings...

You can keep voltage locked down, Try for MaxMULTI..
at that restricted voltage.

Then Aim for Voltage Targets,.(by this point you'll know where you should be,..or can theoretically judge yourself by examples) and see how high it all goes with that in mind..

You want to find the OPTIMAL spot,.. not the MaX.
If it takes another volt or so for 100Mhz gain,... don't. (You'll get the idea pretty quickly after watching a couple hours of guidelines and results in video form)

KEY - Lowest Volts for Max Clock, which you find with off and on tuning...back and forth with extensive runs of testing..
Keep an eye on it afterwards,.. to be sure no ills or mistakes were made.

Enjoy Performance.

Keep in mind, writing things down or snapping a pic to phone of bios settings for later on, or saving/loading bios profiles HELP greatly in saving wasted time.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
