PC Not Posting

Pc flashes lights and fans turn on briefly when power button is pressed. Using CPU,  PSU, and ram from previous build so I know they are not the issue. Already returned and received a new motherboard but same issue as before. 

Build:

Intel  i5 7600

EVGA 650w Gold

Zotac GTX 2070

16gb DDR4

Reseat the ram if you haven't already. Try using one ram stick. Remove the CMOS battery. Reset the BIOS. That's all the advice I can give ya right now. I'm dealing with a similar issue.

As Hampster said, try juggling your ram sticks and only using one.

Since the MOBO is your second one, then resetting the CMOS and whatnot would accomplish nothing, but doesn't hurt to try.

In any case what we need to do is figure what is the faulty component, and sadly we cannot do that without spare parts. Even if you say it's not the CPU/PSU, we can't be sure. Something could have happened when you disassembled your old PC. So I'd recommend taking it to a shop that has compatible parts to try them individually.
