If anyone would be able to help me maximize the most performance that I can get for about  USD ~$4000.

General Wants...

  • Only 1 Monitor(I already have 1080p 27in 1ms, looking for another 27in 4k...)
  • Streaming/Gaming Ability
  • Prefer liquid cooling
  • ATX or EATX Mobo(Mid to Full Tower Case)
  • Atleast 32GB of Ram
  • RGB is a want, but not a need.

$4000 is A LOT of money for a computer. I would wait until Zen 2 comes out in a few months and build it then. If you really don't want to wait, Intel is really the best performer with that kind of money, definitely not the best value, though.. Also, I wouldn't get a 27in 4k display. I have a 32 4k and 20/20 vision and it's the absolute smallest I would go on PPI (pixel per inch), which is 138. You will be scaling everything in Windows just to see it properly, either go up to 32" or get 1440p display at 27", those are great as well! Plus you'll get a higher refresh rate, with 1440p, which is better for gaming.

You can take a lot of money off this build but you did say $4000. You can get a 4k monitor for the same price as this 1440p I listed. Ultrawide is something to look at as well. I love those.

Thank you so much, yeah I think I may go with the 1440p, because I tried a 32in monitor and it was entirely too big for me, and I wasn't able to focus on everything that was happening in the game, I found 27in is my sweet spot.

1440p is perfect at that screen size, you'll like it I promise! You also don't need a 2080 Ti, but I threw it in there anyway. You could save $500+ buy getting just a 2080 lol. Totally up to you..

Now this would be what I recommend just to fit the the full RGB theme you want you can easily swap the CPU out to something with more cores on x299. Plus you have room to expand up to 128GB of ram if you ever wanted to get a larger kit. The monitor is one I've used personally and enjoyed it.

Just for curiosity, why did you go with the 7800x vs a 8900k/9700k or 9900k?

Cause you have more board options and for overclocking headroom on z390 you need a well designed board. Plus who doesn't want the option of going with am 18 core Intel CPU if the want to upgrade to that down the road. Also the 7800x is cheaper option for 200$ or so more you can upgrade to the 8 core version.
