I woke up this morning to my monitor having one vertical line but quickly came a second and a third, now I have five lines, I tried re plugging the monitor and the computer but to no avail, I then discovered that the problem was from the monitor itself so I tried resetting the factory settings but that also didn't work, I also noticed that sometimes the lines (the green ones mostly) change color then return to their original state some lines changed color permanently. I didn't know what to do next so I came here hoping to find a solution.

Pay respects to your display as that afaik isn't fixable.
