hello

 

so i build my friend new pc and the spec is

Ryzen7-2700

arctec frezzer esport one cooler

msi b450 gaming plus

zotac 2060

T-force vulcan 2x8 DDR4 3000 Mhz ram(24000 PC4)

cx550 psu

1TB seagate

1TB WD

240GB SSD

case nzxt h500

 

after we build it and everything i got no post and i get these lights on in the motherboard i tried to reinstall the ram and the gpu both of the lights still on what ia going on please help!!

Does it not say in the motherboard manual? I have an MSI B450 and it gives you a breakdown of what the LED's mean if there is a post error.

i check the manual nothing about these leds

There is a slight chance that the Motherboard may be shorting on the case, or something like that, it may be worth taking the motherboard out of the case and running it for trouble shooting on the box it came in. 

 

You can then try removing any component / or anything that is not necessary to get into the BIOS, so remove the hardrives, and any other items such as front IO, unplug any peripherals except one monitor and just a keyboard. See if it then posts, if it does, plug each component in in turn until you encounter an error, at which point you know that it is either incomparable with the system or there is another problem preventing it from working, so replace it and omit it. if you did not get a POST after trying that there may be a hardware failure.

i believe that the middle 2 lights were for dram ( indicates that dram is not detected or fail ) and vga (indicates that gpu is not detected or a fail).

it isnt always the same with every mobo though. your manual should say it. 

see if those are properly inserted

Straight from the manual.  I think it also says right beside the led in tiny writing but I can't remember for sure and I'm not near my pc right now. 

 

 

Try testing with other components if available but maybe it's the motherboard.
