Sound amp sorta?

Ok so what i'm looking for is something to stick, screw, or sit on top or under my desk and amplify sound for my headphones but i just want it to plug into my pc's audio output and i can't find anything that is cheap (Because i'm poor) or that plugs into my pc's audio output and i know some people may say that i should get a sound card but my mobo has no room (only mini itx) please someone help.

Why can't it just plug into your PC via USB? As that's much more standard, and you'll have an easier time looking if that works.
