Multitrack USB interface?

I am looking a for a small audio interface. I need at least two channels, and at least one must have 48v power (for my mic). The other channel is going to be an aux from my PC so I can listen to both my mic, and my PC audio in real time. My dilemma is that I can't seem to find a small, reasonably priced interface that has multitrack USB capability. I need to be able to tell VIOP applications to only listen to my mic channel, not the desktop-audio channel. I am looking for something under US$175. I've been really searching, but can't find anything that fits these needs.
Thank you, any recommendations are welcome and greatly appreciated

That price is in canadian as well. You can buy the AG06 (6 channel version) as well, probably still in your price range.

The 3 channel version checks all your requirements. 48v phantom powered mic port, then 2 channels (stereo) for your PC, and USB interface.

So the 2i2 does have these features? I've had people tell me it doesn't, guess they don't know what they're talking about. Thank you. I will take this into consideration.

THe 2i2 has two instrument or guitar inputs.. also has headphone amp and 1"4 jack.  Behind it you connect your speakers with 1'4 Jack.  It has to be the best 150 dollars Ive ever spent.  No problems at all and my DAW is loving her and plus its simple USB and the unit is soo sexy and thick and amazingly made.. Should be 300 or 400 dollars.  Its amazing do it, get it.  This is coming from a music producer for over 22 years.

Thanks. Do I need the out from my PC to be stereo? If I use mono, would I loose functionality?

I don't have a pair of nice monitors (maybe in the future?), all I have is headphones right now. The main feature I'm really looking for is multitrack USB, so windows could see each channel as a separate input device. I'm no musician, I just need a unit that lets me listen to my PC and mic in real time.

The 2i2 headphone amp jack 1"4 really does a amazing job, night and day compared to a built in sound card.  Also the sound is flat and clean, no enhancements and what not for monitors and what not in studio.  You will like the headphone amp and will feel a amazing difference from current source.

Thank you for all your help. I'm sorry if I sound repetitive, but I must be absolutely clear; My plan will work with the 2i2?

I mean... no... you don't NEED a stereo output, but if you only use mono then you won't hear any difference between the right and left channels. So games would be.... weird, you'd never be able to tell where any sound is coming from.

Personally, I'd buy the mixer. The other suggestion is more of a... scaled down version of what I posted. And it only has 2 channels, so if you were to use a microphone you'd only get a single channel for you computer.
