Hello guys,

I just bought a i5 9600k with the mobo Gigabyte Aorus Master and now i'm looking for ram.

I was almost sure about CMK16GX4M1A2400C14 (Corsair Vengeance LPX CL 14 2.4 Ghz, Single Channel x1 16Gb) and then i thought to check on youtube comparisons between latency and frequency and seen that there is a 10-15 fps difference, (depends on the difference between the frequencyes-or how it is spelled)

I found that there is a formula to check the latency overall ( CL/Frequency)*2000= latency in nanosec.

For the first 1-2 years i won't overclock the rams.  so i might use them at the base frequency.

And now i have 2 questions.

1.How farther can it be overclocked ? the 2.4ghz module ?( Seen that most people couldn't get past 3ghz)

2. Should i get a single channel with higher latency and higher frequency ?

I want to order the ram in the next few days, so any thought would be much appreciated ! Thanks
