missing sound option in settings

It has recently come to my attention that I am using the "old" sound options in my windows 10.

Right clicking on the speaker on system tray brings me a white context menu, instead of the black.

Typing "sound" in search, brings me to the same old audio settings.

In the windows 10 settings, I Can't even find the sound option under "system".

To be honest, I prefer the old setup, but my work pc uses the new one, and I do not want to change it on that pc.

And eventually Microsoft is probably going to remove the old control panel and everything with it, so I might as well get used to it.

Anyone got a clue on how I can get the "new" sound settings?
