Help want to build computer for nephew

Need help building a cheap computer for my nephew. He wants it for fortnite and minecraft. Maybe a few other games but mostly those. My budget is $200. I don't need a monitor. Need a keybard and mouse.

FOr that price, even the CHEAPEST new stuff is going to be out of reach.  Used parts and maybe a 200ge could work.

Maybe try and find a used office pre-built from Ebay with at least a 2nd gen i5.

well, you'll need at least this to run it at minimum.:

 

Operating System: Windows 7/8/10 64-bit or Mac OSX Sierra

Processor Core: i3 2.4 Ghz

Memory: 4 GB RAM

Video Card: Intel HD 4000

Paul from Paul's Hardware did a good video on a system build for $700 a few days back. Something in that range would be OK for you I guess.

Do I not need a cpu cooler? Also do I need an OS?and a sound card and wireless adapter?and if I get a sound card do I need speakers? Or will headphones work?

intel stock cooler works and you can buy windows oem keys for <$10 on ebay. You will need wireless card. You might want speakers or headphones but you can connect it without a sound card.
