PC not utilising performance

I did a benchmark (3d mark night raid 1080p) on a MSI gaming x 1050 and Ryzen 1500x but during the test the gpu never hit 99% (usually around 40% sometimes spikes to 80% for a second)  in task manager and i'm not bottle necking on the cpu because its keeping a steady 25%.
