Black screen

Good day

 

My screen goes black after a few seconds. 10-20sec. Directly after windows loads.

 

Pc

Gigabyte Z97

i7 4790k @3.7GHz

Gigabyte windforce 4GB

16GB DDR3

M.2 120GB 

6TB HD 7200 RPM for storage

650w PSU gold plated

 

I have changed cables, dvi/hdmi, and power. Used a different screen and the exact same happened.

Is it my GPU thats the problem? I dont have a spare or friend close by to test GPU.

Do you have windows 1809? 

TRY to turn off fast boot in windows

Try booting into "fail-safe" mode for windows , could be a driver issue / firmware on the card etc.... wish you the best of luck though.. not a good time to have a gpu die ....
