Max Payne 3 Freezing.

So, I started playing Max Payne 3 again yesterday, but I have one problem, it freezes randomly in game and after like 5-10 seconds it comes back, and then it happens again after like a minute. This is really annoying, I've tried to reinstall the game, but that don't work and I can't find anyone with the sameproblem either..

Nope, this is the only game that freezez. I've had this game before, but It was like a it was on a disc, and then I rebought it with all the Dlc's when it was on sale on Steam.

Are you running on stock values, or are you using a particularly heavy overclock on your GPU and/or CPU?  It is possible to have an overclock that works for most programs but is not happy with a particular one.

Is it at the same spot in the game every time? i had this too every time i entered some Elevator. That stopped me playing the game :/

when this is happening check your storage light on your case ,if it is on full load you might have issues on storage side

the case LED that shows activity of the storage units plugged in to your PC (such as ssd's hdd's)

I don't think so, but what could be wrong with the ram I have now?

 

If there are any bad sectors on the RAM that the game is trying to use, that could be the issue.  Have you tried running MemTest 86?

The ram is very new, it's from October. So It shouldn't be a problem. And this is the only game with that issue.

Right now it's y Western Digital blue, but I have tried installing the game on my other Hdd which I also think is a WD. Nothing changes. First time I hade this game was on the older Hdd. I've reinstalled the game 3 times..
