Frames keep dropping! Help please!

When I play certain games (usually online FPS games), my frames keep dropping every minute or so. I checked my task manager, and it shows my CPU at 100% usage during the game and then drops to 30%-40% when the sudden frame drops happen. I checked the temps of my GPU and CPU, and they are usually in the 80s. I honestly don't know whats causing this and how to fix it. Some help would be great!

 

I have had my laptop (Alienware 17 R4), for over an year now. This has never happened in the past. It started about a few weeks ago.

 

Specs: GTX 1080, i7-7820HK.
