Hello, I hope I put this post in the right place.

When I stop a game (sea of thieves for example) my cpu fan rpm begins to increase, then decrease and increase again ...

I noticed that my cpu usage rate was similar and that it was due to IAStorDataSvc (or Intel Rapid Storage).

When I cut it everything becomes normal again.

My questions :

1 / Is this normal behavior?

2 / Is it really useful to keep this technology?

My PC :
