Missing Drivers?

Hey guys, I need help here.

My customer has a Inspiron 14 3462, running a Pentium N4200, with the following missing drivers.

 

VEN_8086&DEV_5A9C&CC_0780
VEN_8086&DEV_5A9E&CC_0780

 

I know that 8086 is Intel, but I can't find any driver related to both 5A9C and 5A9E.

 

Any ideas?
