MC Shader Issues

So I am attempting to use Sildurs shaderpack for MC 1.7.10 and this happened. Im using the latest version of optifine and I've done some basic troubleshooting (Reinstall it, etc) and It still produces the garbage skybox you see in the second screenshot. How do I fix this?

shaders are extremely picky on versions and even hardware..

 

also, from my experience.. optifart's specific implementation of shaders is absolute hot garbage..

What irks me is I took great care to make sure everything was made for 1.7.10

can still be that the shaders dont like optifart, or the shaders dont like your specific hardware.
