Shoot a small bouncy ball at slow velocity at the screen. Then measure its woble using a anglegrid. Have a camera view it from the side. 

 

Do it at 3 different elevations from the keyboard. One low, one middle and one high. The repeat 3 times each for consistancy. 

 

 

Note: the ball shot must be light and be able to compress a bit to impact energy over time. Also it must have a rather small amount of energy. Use a weight to figure how fast it needs to move to create wanted force. 

 

Use a airpowered Launchpad for the ball. Use compressed air and a ballvalve for simple construction and consistant force. The pressure buildup chamber will essentially be a small tube.

To test screen wobble:

 

Detonate large explosive payload within a faultline and induce an earthquake. Evaluate screen wobble by eye.
