ChkDsk related problem

Hi Guys,

I need some information regarding chkdsk,

I installed a new SSD in my system and did a clean install of Windows via a download planning to activate after the install with my current licence, the Bios had set the SSD as the first boot drive automatically (M.2 slot) I may have made a mistake here? I didn't un-install windows on my main HDD in case I had to go back to it for some reason but as it had been moved down the boot sequence I thought that would be okay, after booting for the second time windows was checking the drives and I noticed the main partition on the HDD had changed to RAW and was now inaccessible, I tried to recover this with AOMEI then MiniTool, the file system did change back to NTFS but was still inaccessible, I ran Chkdsk to see if that would help as the file structures were visible in the partition tools, the windows installation on this HDD had disappeared as did the majority of files and programmes, a Found.000 folder had appeared, windows is installed and running on the SSD so I don't care about that, the files in the Found.000 folder don't look corrupted and can be opened, the question is if I try to recover them will they go back in to the folder structure games, apps, tools etc or will they just dump back on to the disk randomly, will they even have their original identities so I can identify save files etc. obviously individual docs, photos or music files would stand out but will I be able to identify files associated with programs like game saves (will they still have their names) or is there enough info in the Chkdsk save for a tool of some sort to be able to rebuild the file structures? long winded but feel free to point out all the mistakes I made it may help somebody else not end up where I am
