Google Chrome automatically adding back "chrome_filter"

Hello LinusTechTips forum,

  I just install Google Chrome again for about 2 months already. I have been using it super normal. One day, I realized all of my extensions next to the URL bar is gone and placed inside the three dots with an item called "chrome_filter". I tried to find the error around %appdata%, Program Files and Program Files (x86) but I couldn't find anything. This has been staying inside my laptop for 2 weeks already. I haven't download anything dangerous yet I ran a full scan but there was malware.
